Hi M@ximus,

Can I ask do you notice the router user interface changed after the new firmware upgrade? If yes, then it is normal. As mention on my first reply on your issue,

"If you notice there is interface after you update the firmware, please do a factory reset on the RT-N56U."

Because of the change of the interface, you need to redo all the setting.

Thank you and sorry for any inconvenient caused.

Hi ASUSmy,

I found another problem after upgrade the router. I can't FACETIME!!!

Previously before upgrade its ok, now both incoming and outgoing FACETIME call, either sides won't ring at all!

Any experience on this?

Hi AsusMY - on the NT12HP, I've configured it to use unifi using QIS. So I guess all the VLAN settings have been done. However, where in the menu do I configure VLAN manually ? Looked around but can't seem to find it.
*
Hi jg1406,

This model does not come with manual setup for VLAN. If have, you can see it at the IPTV while selecting ISP profile.

Thank you

Hi jinting,

If you tried to do firmware restore as shown on the video below but also cannot then it might be something wrong with the hardware already.

i had tried to download things by the rt n66u with the download master but i am facing this problem.

i bought a 32GB drive which has 29GB~ free space and then i downloaded a 28GB data, it success. then i copy out all the file and make the drive free again. when the 2nd time download, the router will detect my drive is full and stop downloading. i tried to format the drive and reinstall the download master and then the same problem still exist. Any solution for this?

Hi coOLR3xz,

Have you try update the firmware to the latest? And may I ask, do you safely unplug the USB drive when you pull it out from the router?

yea, is the latest firmware and i did safely remove it before unplug the drive.

but i think i know whats the problem.
the download master will pre-detect the download size and it know the drive capacity is not enough for the download file size then it treat it as diskfull? as my 2nd download file is slightly exceed the drive capacity when the downloadmaster apps is in the drive.

so it means it will stop downloading instead of continue to download the data until it is "really" full capacity?
is this true?

Hi peanjo,

The router for the WL-330NUL only contain 2 type of WAN connection type, which is Automatic IP and Static IP.

Thank you
