You where saying that the status show connected but no Internet access, can you try go to the Network Tools at ASUS router GUI and click on the Diagnose button. It will ping www.google.com.

If there is no respond or 100% packet lose, mean the Internet not yet connected. Do double check on the user name and password of your UNIFI account. If still unable to connect, try call up TM and reset your connection.

I have checked with my RD, in VPN client you should be able to add up to maximum of 5 different ovpn.

Do you have any difficulty or problem importing second ovpn files?

Yup, I imported first ovpn, den I try add another ovpn and there is no openVPN selection, only PPTP and L2TP selection only.

The RT-AC68U almost the same feature as the RT-AC87U has beside the Traffic Analyzer.

Hi ASUSmy,
I tried the ping but no respond. Then I called to TM asked to reset my port. After that I disconnected modem and router, reboot everything and try again, too bad still the same. LED light on, status shown connected, but cannot access to Internet, ping no respond.
I unplugged the network cable and plug into old modem(tplink) it works.
Please advise. Thanks.

I think i had the same problem too last time. U just need to go to LAN>Click IPTV tab>select Unifi Home for vlan and it will work... If u don't want to use hypptv set to manual setting and key in 500 for internet vlan ok...

Hi ASUSmy,

I cannot setup my Unifi 50 on RT-n12HP, the error of "connection timeout" kept pop out.
I use the same router for my other line (Unifi 30) and it is all good, not sure whats seems to be the problem here. I just bought 2 of it, both cannot use for Unifi 50 but works on Unifi 30 line.

Unifi 30 works on stock router (D-Link and 'the stock gray router' <-- not sure what model)

I followed the same steps all the way even restored factory setting many times d. Any tips?

Based on my experience for your case, it is usually is the account authentication got problems.

Can you try updating the beta firmware below, do a factory reset and redo the setting.

At after the setting, go to WAN->General->Special Requirement from ISP->MAC Address->Click on the MAC Clone button and Apply.
