hello, i have been using a RT-N12C1 for about 2 years now, but recently i am having trouble, i am still connected to the router, but cannot access internet, tried changing my connection LAN instead of wireless, but problem still presists, i have to either power off and on the router or goto router's page to reboot it, may i know what is wrong? is it some problem with the firmware? faulty router? also what is the warranty period? thanks.

need help here , just got my self RT-AC87U yesterday and flash it to the latest firmware but couldn't get unifi ipv6 to work. from the system log it shown 'odhcp6c[885]: Server returned IA_PD status 2 (NoAddrsAvail)'. anyone have any idea? ipv6 doesn't have any issue with my previous RT-AC68U. actually abit regret with the 'upgrade' coz this 2 have not much of different except RT-AC87U have slightly better wifi coverage . btw, anyone know what it means 'teaming' that printed on LAN1 and LAN2? this model is really lack of documentation on the features

I have pondered on this at that time when I needed the service.
I got a used ASUS RT-N16.

Suppose you still can get one at Amazon or Newegg.

ipv6 is broken with firmware 378, 376 is ok. But compare ipv6 and aiprotection, i choose aiprotection.

ASUS RT-N14UHP at RM289.00 is your best choice, given your budget constraint.

Hi ASUSmy.

I'm currently a Maxis Astro IPTV user. May I ask do any of the ASUS routers support Maxis Astro IPTV atm? Is there any specific way of setting up the router for Maxis Astro IPTV?

All latest ASUS official firmware works with UniFi.
You don't have to worry about that.

Hi ahpaul82,

The features are the same, the main different is the antenna. And both do support IPv6.

Thank you

Hi JustAComputerUser,

Connection timed out mostly related to the something wrong with the connection or you forgot to choose the ISP profile.

If you have followed the video on the youtube, I assume that you have connected the LAN cable from the modem to the ASUS router correctly and you have selected the ISP profile.

Can you help double check whether there is DSL signal from the modem and have you moved the LAN cable from the modem to LAN port to another LAN port?

And is the previous router connected without any problem?

Thank you
