Hi I'm having problem with my router give by unifi and would like to change it, i lived in a triple storey house and my unifi is 20mbz. what router should i get? budget is around RM300++. there will be atleast 10 devices connect to the internet

Hi Asus Support Team, I recently bought a router asus RTn14Uhp. i couldn't set up the router even though i followed this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ESAPAJqWxH4.

After i put my pppoe id and password. suddenly the webpage shows" connection timed out. would you like to retry again? "and then it keeps on repeating like that.... im totally stuck at that part

If you have followed the video on the youtube, I assume that you have connected the LAN cable from the modem to the ASUS router correctly and you have selected the ISP profile.

Can you help double check whether there is DSL signal from the modem and have you moved the LAN cable from the modem to LAN port to another LAN port?

And is the previous router connected without any problem?

Yes previous router connected without any problem at all. I tried everything, contacted both Unifi and Asus support.Now send it back to lowyat where i bought it from. Surprisingly, The guy said my router having some difficulty with quick internet set up. Instead of changing for a new router, the guy insist to fix it. After waiting for 2 hours, HE THEN WENT TO CHARGE ME RM10 because warranty does not cover the software problem as warranty only cover hardware problem( quick internet set up problem). Is this true? can anyone confirm this? Although RM10 might be a small sum of money. But i definitely do not like the feeling of getting scammed

The problem is solved, But one thing i do not understand is that why he charges RM10 to us for fixing the software problem. Isnt software problem under warranty? The dealer name is tech jeffery in Atom Computer. Lot 2-92, 2nd floor.

Hi Asus support. I would like to be informed on what happens to my case ? Is it solved? Perhaps i can get a refund.
