Hello guys, need some help..just got my ASUS TUF AX3000..currently I'm on Astro Broadband package with Maxis Fibre 300mbps..so already have the PPPoE username/password for setting up the new router..after done setup all seems good..Wifi connections able to get speed around 260-270mbps..but I just found out that LAN ports speed only up to 100mbps (photo attached)..how do I change that? During setup I also select the ISP profile to Maxis-Fibre so LAN port3 is set for IPTV by default (photo attached)..so i cant use LAN3 for internet, how do i change that? hope somenone can help me on this,thanks..

Check your cable, must use cat5e or cat 6 to get gigabit speed
If cat5, only max 100mbps

Cha, aku pakai GT-AX11000 jugak. Flash je ke firmware merlin. Nanti dapat stream type tu. Gambar dibawah sebagai rujukan. Aku x suka sangat dengan stock fw ni. Prefer merlin sebab lagi flexible dan boleh main script tuk fully utilize perantara/penhala (router) tu.

Hi, need advice and do bear with me. I’m still noob and trying to figure out the lingos as well.

isp : unifi 300mbps
Router : ax55
AP : deco m4 (free from unifi)
House : 3200sqft
Devices connected : 15x (tv,phones,pc,ipcamera etc)

so my asus router is connected on my ground floor and my M4 is on the second floor connected via lan cable and settings change to AP mode.

before this I’m able to get 300mbps on downstairs but now I’m only getting less than 30mbps downstairs even standing next to the router.
It’s only after I disconnect the 2.4ghz then reconnect then I’m getting the full speed.
I’m suspecting that since I’m using same settings and name for the wifi, if I’m at the ground floor it is still connected to the upstairs M4 and does not auto-connect to the router.
How to fix this?

I recently purchase RT-AX88U and RT-AX86U. I have setup my RT-AX88U as the main wireless router, and RT-AX86U as an AI-Mesh node. Both are updated with the latest Merlin firmware 386.3.2. Using ethernet backhaul connected to LAN port in AX-88U and WAN port in AX-86U. Using CAT5E cable. My ISP package is 300mbps.

I recently found out that when my device is connected via Wifi or LAN to the Ai-Mesh node, the speed is cut by nearly more than 50% (110mbps).

Is others also facing the same issue? Not sure whether is this a known issue.

Reset and it's ok for 2 days. Then the same problem came back again. Moreover, Asus app and 192.168.50.1 can't connect to that router, but I can ping from my laptop and speed test is ok either from laptop or phone. These 2 problems happened after updated to latest firmware of RT-AX56U. No such problems from previous beta firmware.

Hard reset 2 times still failed, fyi I imported my configuration setting each time of hard reset.

hi @ASUSmy is it true on wifi radar the xt8 and ax11000 shown an ac in 802.11 column?im using ax11000 as a main router and xt8 3 pck as nodes.why it not shown AX?
