Hi OKLY,

May I ask, it is ok that you allow our RD to log in to your router to do the checking? If yes, do PM me your DDNS name and Enable Web Access from WAN at the Administration->System. And the user name and password of your router.

Thank you

Hi thoseeyes,

You can try use rescue mode and see that it help. You can have a look at the youtube below on how to do it. If still cannot then it might be something wrong with the router already.

Hi thoseeyes,

For normal process, you will need to send back to the place you bought for warranty claim.

Thank you

I think its better to send direct to Asus service center right? I afraid if send back to shop they won't really care about it and might have to wait long time and suddenly if the shop close down and will have no where to claim back..
