I sent RT-N66U which i bought in 2012 for warranty claim due to faulty power switch on 7 Feb 2014. It's more than 2 months now and I receive no update. Calling to office has no one to pick up.

The serial no of the unit is C3IE08006511.

Kindly assist.

I hand-delivered the Unit to Imbi Plaza, Second Floor as advise by the Service Center at Low Yat Plaza.
