Our networking device are 1 to 1 exchange, but still you will need to send in for warranty claim before they can replace a new one to you.

Thank you

How soon can I get my replacement if I send it for warranty? As I'm not free to just drop it then collect it the next day or next few days time. If I could drop it at your service center for the networking devices, have it checked on spot then I'm fine. Kindly advise. Thanks smile.gif

Hi patienceGNR,

You will need to leave it there to let them check. And they need time to do so. Once ready they will contact you.

Thank you

Alright, where will your service center be? I'll try to go down when I have the time.

Hi patienceGNR,

Do send back to place you bought for warranty claim and they will send back to supplier or service for checking and replacement.

Thank you

That is and will take at least 2 weeks. No, I am not going to send it to them.

I want to at least send my router to the service center myself.

hi ASUSmy , my rt-n66 wifi always disconnect when heavy downloading or usage and sometime not even heavy usage also disconnect for no reason.

My computer can detect the signal and the signal is strong also can't connect , i have to restart the router to solve the problem.

Just 1 week old , i would like to send to claim the warranty , should i brings it back to the shop where i buys or direct send to AV Future Link (KL) Sdn Bhd , which 1 is faster ?

Hi cjs7875,

You can send to AV Future Link (KL) Sdn Bhd if you want to because we also get the replacement unit from them.

Thank you

Yes using this latest firmware. The previous firmware had no issues with IPv6. My UniFi comes with a dynamic WAN IP.
