Did you receive one time PIN to your mobile phone? QUOTE A One-Time Pin will be sent to your mobile number for validation. Please ensure you have updated your current mobile mobile number with us. If you have not registered your mobile number with us, please contact Citiphone at 03-23830000. Guess you may need to call CS for further assistance.

QUOTE(kazarboys @ Nov 24 2013, 02:51 PM) Nop did not get anything except the letter with the pin. Not sure if it was caused by the ATM PIN that you have changed. Better to call CS for troubleshooting. I remembered that I just used the PIN for sign up and received a one time PIN to my phone for further verification.

QUOTE(JGG @ Nov 23 2013, 06:59 PM) Hi, am new here. Anyone manage to get a ticket? Wanna see what's the chance www.citibank.com.my/ticketToday I made three eligible swipes. 1) RM95 (no ticket) 2) RM139 (got ticket) 3) RM1500 (no ticket) Not sure if it's a coincidence but the RM139 transaction was made in Harvey Norman and they are using a Citibank terminal. Maybe this highers the chance of getting a ticket entry?

QUOTE(melonlicious @ Nov 25 2013, 05:47 PM) Its all about luck la, we wont be swiping every seconds anyway... may the lucky fella win Very true, difficult to hit the right second especially when the line is busy and all. Even if you know which is the selected second and you know how to time the swipe, sometimes the terminal is jammed up with transactions and takes a long time to get through.

Used the taxi home promotion on Sunday/Monday. Had a very late arrival (2AM) so there was midnight charge to pay which apparently isn't covered. Still, RM44 instead of RM137 is not bad really. Also 15% off all spirits at duty free

I think is 5% of your withdrawal amount. So is RM50 + RM4 i have a citibank checking account, withdrawal from meps atm cost rm4 each time. Hi guys. I received Citibank Rewards Platinum card and Clear card today. But I quite blur about the rewards point. The earn rewards point will combine in these 2 cards or it is separately into 2? Thanks.

Anyone here managed to claim the 60,000 free miles via Premiermiles Amex promotion yet?
One of the condition states that the annual fee must be paid - when does this get charged? I've nearly reached the spending condition but the annual fee doesn't show on statement yet, only Gov. tax

You just need to apply the travel type card and cancel the current card before its anniversary date to avoid GST.
