QUOTE(David83 @ Dec 4 2013, 11:26 PM) You transferred on the payment due date day? With GIRO, you need to have at least 1 day buffer for the transaction to be captured. Otherwise, you'll be fined for late payment. But if it's late payment charges, it's stated differently than finance charges right?

Definitely not a good experience. how about you change the cycle date of your statement instead? previously my due date is on 25th every month, but my salary also credited the same day.. i requested to change the cycle date to 23rd (thus due date somewhere middle of the next month) much better suited for my financial planning, since i can manage my bills (pay all in 1 day) the day i got my salary

GST of RM50 will be charged on your first statement, pay it first. RM50 should be credited back in your next statement as long as you have made 3 swipes.

QUOTE(red_scorpion @ Nov 27 2013, 11:59 AM) i think this is extra charges... normal fee/charge for withdraw cc money via atm still apply. I think is 5% of your withdrawal amount. So is RM50 + RM4 i have a citibank checking account, withdrawal from meps atm cost rm4 each time. What the heck? If me withdraw RM 1000 through Citibank CC Meps, applied charges 5% from amount? and plus charge RM4? RM 1000 + RM 50 + RM 4 => RM 1054 Wahhhhh, better save for cash emergency lorrr.
