The 2 bedder and 3 bedder are different eg. The 2 bedder range from 1085sf to 1400+sf due to its design. A portion of wall is shared with the lift shaft wall, hence less ventilation and potential lift sound. Therefore type C 2-bedder is cheaper psf. Whereelse type A 3-bedder has more practical layout and faces the internal ie. park+pool.

You may get more frequent noise at lower floor compared to higher floor. From the investment point of view, higher floor is always preferable. In addition, higher floor is cheaper for certain blocks rclxms.gif

Myself has no experience on this but was told by my tenants who stay at different floors at same condo. My understanding is lower floor normally receives more noise than higher floor. The noise is mainly generated when the lifts arrive and when the lift doors open and close. Ting ting ting.... especially at night time while sleeping rclxub.gif
