Hi guys,

Need some advice ... contemplating which would be a better investment among the two units at The Fennel:

1. 1400 sqft, 2 bedrooms, RM970k (this layout constitute 15% of the building)
2. 1200 sqft, 3 bedrooms, RM940k (this layout constitute 70% of the building)

Thinking of keeping it for rental

The advertisement was registered for the whole project (Phase 1 + 2 + 3). So, you only can see 700k++ if you buy the Phase 1 biggrin.gif
