Damn.. sure BBB wan for this Fennel. But for me.. I feel Capers location is a bit better.

My best guess for Maple is:

25% tenant
75% owner

That being said.. Maple does have a lot of foreign owners who only stays a couple of days per month. Also we have to bear in mind that there are only 318 units in Maple.

Hi Leong... just go to YTL sales office located at the park. Their Sentul Masterplan which includes the skybridge is displayed on the right after you enter their maindoor.

From what I recall.. there is a "Mall" in the master plan although from what I see, it isn't a huge one. YTL announced this at the last D7 preview launch event which I attended.

I believe he was referring to the other LRT station after the one before the temple so I also believe it is since it is designated as commercial mall area in the masterplan.

Actually Fennel will be the 2nd last residential project in Sentul if you take in consideration 1 more upcoming project at Sentul West but that is like in year 2015 from what I heard.

Taking out the excitement and euphoria, I totally agree with you. Other good points to Maple besides more greenery and far less density are... pretty sure no block of Klcc view if you own one of the units with that view and less maintenance fee.

My 2 cents:

Point 1 - I agree with you that most people/investors do not mention Maple as I assume because when it was launched, it was close to tripled the price of Saffron hence although it appreciated in value, the percentage is not as great as Tamarind, Saffron or Midfields. With the recent repainting and the gigantic park, I still feel Maple is THE best property in entire Sentul today even with Fennel in consideration. Maybe I am a sucker for balconies tongue.gif

Point 2 - 4.5yrs is too far to predict.. anything can happen in that time and Sentul may flourish by then who knows.
