Each bank have limited quota/maximum exposure for every end financing project. Once fully utilize, bank can't finance this project anymore. So buyer have to look for another bank who still have Quota.

Its true no directive. But bank already stop approving DIBS for new projects. Fennel have 916 units and already approved End Financing for the full development. Thats why still got DIBS.

You only start paying once you get the keys.

You can look for home loan immediately after paying your RM30k deposit and booked a unit

U never mention u borrow 70% loan also. You pay 30k deposit and then settle the remaining balance for 10% during snp. If got dibs, u need wait to get key only pay.
