Drove by the place today and the hoarding for Fennel is already up. Must be launching soon but no indication yet on their website.

Price dunno yet but definitely got to launch quick la cos got DIBS mah. Bank Negara won't allow next year redi.

Still no ecard from YTL in my mail so it makes sense that the preview will be next week.

From what I heard, there's also no pre-sales to staff or repeat buyers! rclxm9.gif

I also find this hard to believe... usually Friday will be reserved for them mah... but i think they know if open up to their repeat buyers, sure they sapu everything... cos Fennel has so much going for it. Iconic... Got KLCC view... Some more, probably one of the few developments that can still offer DIBS. Later, when GST comes, sure cost of materials will go up, right? We'll see if this is true. Who knows la right, every time YTL launch something like stampede like that...

Haha, you and I know it won't be them queuing up. Probably their drivers or maids la.

If not mistaken, average price for phase 1 was around RM650 psf. Lowest price just above 600 psf. Supposedly, one guy who queued overnight bought one unit for RM720K. Sifus, please correct me if i'm wrong....

But if launch next year, sure no DIBS one. Checked with a banker and it seems there's no directive from Bank Negara. Or at least not yet.

Developer's price for Capers was RM400++ psf. Stupid never buy that time. It was sold out 100% in 2 days wor... Now, Capers not even completed already RM800++ psf asking price. shocking.gif

At first i wanted to buy Fennel during Phase 1 but hesitated after listening to some negative comments here. Haiya, missed the chance already. That too sold out during weekend. My fren went to Starhill on the Sunday of the phase 1 preview and told me eh how come no one here! I told him: Of course la... u think u the only one who likes the design ah!!? doh.gif

U seem to be very sure that the price is 800-850 psf. How u know la?

Look at the pricing for EcoSky from Eco World. Price seems like same as Fennel! Design not so nice also. Location in Taman Wahyu some more which is much much further from the city.

That's why la people say Malaysia got first class infrastructure but third class mentality...

In London, even the mayor, that Boris guy, cycles to work. In Japan, the CEOs come to work in the subway... I guess we too high class for that la, right? whistling.gif

Bank Negara sent out circular to all banks recently la. DIBS still available for Fennel cos application for the entire development was approved way, way before November 15. thumbup.gif

So, that means Fennel is one of the last few developments that can STILL get DIBS. Provided you can get your financing sorted before 2014. icon_rolleyes.gif

Not sure about EcoSky. That one I heard haven't got approval already start selling wor! Good luck to the buyers, hope things work out.
