1mil above hard to move. It ll take months to move these left over units. I dont think last block need to q. Ha..

Those exterior fins are called Shading Device. Please refer to the attached illustration for better understanding.

Given the fact that Intercom has become a basic necessity for high rise condominiums nowadays, is it a common practice for the developer to not emphasize about the existence of the system at all? Only a brief description of "24-Hour Security Service for common property" is indicated in the agreement.

Block D launched together with Block A in July. Block C is the last block.

According to YTL magazine, Fennel 2nd & last phase to be launched on Q4 2013. I think the last block will be launched on next month to catch the DIBS last ship. Without DIBS, this RM1mil condo is not so attractive anymore as there are plenty of RM800k++ similar units in KL area. Quite competitive. However, without any good news announcement from Government or YTL, the sales of this last block may look ugly as the price has to be higher than prior launch.

It's likely to cross RM1M per unit if the market keep its momentum... This allow more foreigners has the "opportunity" to own it...
Nevertheless, this does not mean it is for foreigner only... Wealthy locals may join the game...

Not familiar with Kl prop ruling. But is a developer advertised with DIBS for their project, can they cancelled without warning ? hmm.gif

I know most YTL products selling like a hot in recent years, I guess developers brand name really play an important role in this industry. Like this Fennel, some complaint way too expensive, but we cant deny it is still selling fast, some queued overnight for a slice of cake.

Unfortunately my current location wont allow me to taste this cake during launch, can only aim for sub sale upon vp. cry.gif

Each have their pros and cons. For me, YTL sentul is the way to go. Other's are good too, but YTL is better for me!
