Psf wise..some of the second hand kiara condos are cheaper. Pondering if I should buy one of those instead? Is dibs the only attraction?

These people pay peoples rm 100-200 to queue at fennel from as early as 7 am on the lauching date . |

With 80++% sold, ytl can just let walk in buyers clear the stock in 1-2 mths, and wait till capers complete in 12mths and launch final c blk at premium
