Only crystal ball will tell if price in 4 years time can hit how much. If really so pessimistic, put money in FD also got risk bank can bungkus and PIDM can also no guarantee u. Put money under pillow case is the safest perhaps... Provided ur maid or wife don't lari that away...hehe...

Selling price at initial launch on 20th July was rm993660
An increase of rm102440 or 10.3% "onli" in <5 months.

What is the built up of D245 here so that to calculate the per sf price for better comparison....appreciate that....thannks
