i did a test....subscribed to bolehvpn...and now my torrents can download go up to 300kB/s compared to about less than 20kB/s....

no surprise actually since got users already complain streamyx throttling...

btw...i called TM using the 100 number and was told there is really a problem on the international link...so it will impact surfing international sites and also download from international sites...

i like 2 ask is there any way 2 ask TM 2 add the port in my area FAST. i want 2 upgrade 4MB now n the last thing i want 2 hear is my area no port n that is confirmed. what the fuuk.

there is no such way to call tm add port in your area... subject to port available and based on subscriber amount..

how about upgrade to unifi???

there is news that unifi wont b covered in my area 4 the next umpteen years

Try observed another few day, not sure it due to TM service their gateway/exchange.
Anyway, previously I did faced the DC/slow issue, but after I re-route my phone line, all DC issue gone. Turn on modem for 1 week and no restart totally no problem... Speed also constant, except for TM issue where it impact all users...

i trying to observed every day...i get very slow connection every night....it slow by itself...no dc...
but day time..u can run max 4000++ speed....
the picture above is the time when it slow down....
i still can online..but very very slow...even using iphone or ipad.. even restart modem or change tmnet modem also doesn't help..
btw, what you mean by re-route your phone line?
change phone line cable?
i was thinking about this too...
cause i online and play games during night....this slowness happen every night...

Happend to me as well. My initial is 5110 and sometime change to 4090 or 3990. Need to reboot my router to get the speed back

hey guys,i am using streamyx for 6 years already, and i upgrade to streamyx bb plan 4mbps last 2 month,if i terminate now will i get penalty??
and last month my multimedia bill get RM191 i also dont know what happen to this my home line is less calling

Any upgrade of Streamyx plan will bound to 1 year contract agreement. It doesn't matter previously you are super royal customer, the contract will reset.

guys , i'm going to upgrade to BB Deal 4mbps , currently i'm using the Normal RM88 without modem 1mbps plan (that really old plan)

is that monthly is only paying for RM140 include phone line charge???

the Free Call To TM Line is Limited or unlimited??

And can i just apply it thru online to upgrade my current plan to BB DEAL 4mbps?

Yes, RM140 is for everything except +6% government tax.
Free calls to other TM Landline only, unlimited.
Yes, you can apply online.

1 more question , is that streamyx use for SHOP is expensive than Home user or there are about the same?

Yes, it's more expensive due to it's use for the business purpose while it will get a RM88 value of free call to all network with the bundle package like office in a box

Guys, I don't know if my place got 4Mbps or not. Last 2-3 weeks, my aunty went to tmpoint and asking for an upgrade from 1Mbps to 4Mbps. The staff said ok. Then 2 days after that, my aunty got a text said it's done. What's done? My aunty did ask if someone have to come or not but they said no, they can do it from their mainbase. Dafuq TM

Last 4-5 months my aunty did ask for an upgrade too and the staff said ok. Waited for a month for nobody to comes, I went back to TMPoint asking why. They said my place got no coverage yet for 4Mbps? Dafuq TM???? Y U no tell your customer earlier.

Langkawi, with plenty of hotels and still no coverage for 4Mbps. pffft
