The downstream SNR look good. This is capture on day time, or night time?
Should be while internet running good? U might want to capture it night time... mostly internet SNR got affected at night.

Also, your modem SNR value is changing, or constant? Some modem just show initial value, and never changing... the SNR value actually is constantly up/down... if you have a modem that show SNR value up/down, it more easy to debug.

i just took it around 8pm i think....
maybe i try with Tplink modem....
but i try run speed test...the speed i get is around 2000++ before this was 4000++

Your SNR and Line Attenuation look good. If the value continue to stay at this, it should be fine.
Would it be Telekom side port / hardware problem? Anyway, do your TPLink modem SNR value change from time to time to reflect the real SNR value? Not all modem support this, some modem only capture the value 1 time, and display that value forever although in real case it fluctuate. If your modem with real time SNR value display, it more easy to root-cause ur problem.

finally upgraded my Streamyx from 1Mbps package (actual speed 1.5Mbps) to 4Mbps.

i just upgrade from 512kbps to 4mbps on last friday....but i still havent receive any phone call from contractor to tell me whether i can get 4mbps or not....will they put me on the waiting list and dont even bother to call me?>.<"

recently very bad connection from Streamyx....can only achieve about 3.2Mbps based on speed test result...

previously...always get 4.00 or 3.9Mbps connection....

damn streamyx.... i used to sing praise on Streamyx....but past two weeks....a bit disappointed with Streamyx....

No problem in PG. Look good recently, after they fix the northern region exchange server issue.

Added on December 7, 2012, 12:00 amYour dc issue happen in night only? Can you try at day time? Just want to confirm is TM side problem, or your problem. If in day time (9am - 4pm) your streamyx is okay and no DC, and the DC happen in night time only, this would tell is electrical noise issue that causing the DC.

If this not perform up to expectation, it due to line problem liao...

I was given choice previous day,
5Mbps + Locked IP range
or
4Mbps + Free IP range.
I just 2nd option of course.. having various IP is gooding.

So just wondering how to solve this problem?

Been upgraded to 4mpbs for 5 months already, so far no any speed throttle on direct download and P2P download..but recently keep dc when heavy rain, is any one face the same problem with me as keep dc while heavy rain?
