well yeah but the DPU has been decreasing steadily... if the market demands similar yield that would likely mean capital loss for investors no?
Anyway I once had AGT at 0.6x... just a little surprised with the interest in it here haha...

Tan also says the research house continues to be vest in landlords like Keppel REIT (KREIT). DBS has a “buy” recommendation on KREIT with a target price of S$1.23. As at 12.39pm, units of KREIT are trading flat at S$1.14.

In addition, industrial REITs are expected to see better prospects in 2018 amid improving business expectations from manufacturers, which could result in expansionary demand ahead.

Meanwhile, demand for space in business parks are likely to continue to be driven by firms in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) sector.

Tan says he prefers REITs with “attractive acquisition prospects” such as Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) and Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust (FLT).

DBS has “buy” calls on both MLT and FLT, with target price of S$1.28 and S$1.10, respectively.

My Top 8 holding as at June 2017 :

1. OCBC 18%
2. Suntec 12%
3. Keppel Corp 12%
4. BOQ 11%
5. Aims 9%
6. Capital Mall 7%
7. Keppel R 6%
8. Capital Comm 6%

Croesus only 4%. I guess to top up more for Croesus.

FLT 15%
K-reit 19%
LMIT 18%
Oxley 8%
RHT 24%
Singtel 15%

All a bit too high to top up, want to try undervalue stocks...

No banking stocks and also Australia stocks ?

I am heavy into SREITS since 2010. So most of my top holdings are SREITS.
Croseus being my biggest holding.

Then recently, i ventured into MREITS and CEFs in USA.

The rest in US gold/silver miners.

Unlikely the drop (if any) will be caused by the Fed hike, coz the news is already well digested by the market. There are few more Fed hikes in the pipeline in 2017/18, market already anticipate that and price in already.
