is CapitalCom Trust an attractive buy now at 1.615?
*
Most reit are not "attractive" across, but still "investable" particularly for corporate/fund pov.

Recently reit trade volume is spiking a bit across, may be fund managers are positioning themselves for next week Fed meeting.

I felt S-reits plays quite similar to growth stocks lately, share price appreciation comes first, followed by dividends.

Most of the 5%-6% dividends S-reits prices went flying, like Ascenda, Keppel, MLT etc..

M/S Reit

Con:  hmm.gif  hmm.gif loss making in terms of share prices?

To mitigate the above Con, I guessed the only way is to ensure one has enough knowledge to buy whichever ctr that is good. And then after that, to be able to keep track, read reports and disclosures in order to be able to divest if necessary.... and to go into another ctr. I think for REITs, one needs more knowledge to invest compared to investing into properties.

iFAST gets set to hit disruption-wary stockbroking industry again

By:

SINGAPORE (June 9): iFAST Corporation is about to disrupt the local stockbroking industry once again.

The online retailer of investment products could soon be the first online trading platform to offer the lowest rates in town when trading Singapore-listed stocks.

Most licensed brokerages charge a minimum commission of $25 for each trade less than $50,000 or 0.275% of the contract amount whichever is lower.

SINGAPORE (June 9): Maybank Kim Eng is maintaining its “buy” call on Ascendas REIT, saying the latter commands the best asset mix among the industrial S-REITs.

Maybank also expects NPI contributions from its business parks and hi-specification properties – at 59% of AUM – to outpace its portfolio growth, given these properties’ stronger supply-demand visibility.

In FY17, AREIT divested its China assets to scale up its Australian core, now at 13% of its AUM. AREIT’s balance sheet also remains strong with an aggregate leverage at 33.8%. This is below its 10-year average and that of peers.

“We estimate $1.1 billion/$2.1 billion of debt headroom before it reaches the 40%/45% regulatory thresholds,” says Chua.

Maybank is lifting DPU forecasts by 0-2% through FY20E for higher margin assumptions. Even after a 21% YTD rally, valuations remain undemanding against its 14-year average.

Units of Ascendas REIT are trading 3 cents higher at $2.70.

Its seems that few big players like FLIT, AREits, Cache, MLT etc are into Australia properties.

Does this ring a bell ? Asx oriented reits having a hidden potential that I m not aware?? Hmmm...

I have none of the above. Should add one or two..

I suggest you wait a bit. S-reit yield now not attractive.

You have acess to AU market. Do your research and see if there are better A-reit vs S-reit.
