QUOTE(AVFAN @ Sep 8 2014, 06:18 PM) cudn't resist... got a bit of cdl at 1.67 today. Just started building an sgx reit/trust portfolio. Looking at croesus and ireit too, hoping to find a bargain soon. ireit is next - waiting for last div to come in, then buy - will be my last counter in sgreits portfolio. can't keep track of too many.... |

How are you people doing? It's been pretty dull for me. Don't wanna put more cash into klse cos i believe there's more downside, hard to buy sgx stocks with the high exchange rate.
Anyway i have both ouehtrust and keppel dc, looking to add a bit more stocks to my sgx portfolio. What do you people think about M1 and First reit? |

QUOTE(AVFAN @ Jan 21 2015, 09:37 AM) after "revised" boland budget, there is major reason to hold anything, everything in sgx. Yes i share the same view! the ringgit is seriously screwed in the short term. do check exchange rates very day! QUOTE(AVFAN @ Mar 10 2015, 12:47 PM) speed is ok... just that integration with maybank2u online stocks (KLSE) is poor. For example I cant see the queue depth except for the best buy and best sell queue. Also I can't view my trust balance in SGD, can only depend on the monthly statement to keep track. |

The Trustee-Manager has appointed Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd. as its financial adviser in connection with such approach. The Trustee-Manager will, in compliance with its obligations under the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”), make the relevant announcements on SGXNET in the event of any material developments. Unitholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Units and other securities of CRT. FYI... |

QUOTE(terrysoh @ Jun 8 2017, 09:19 PM) elea, you really geng, haha... did you sold at 1.07? I believe the selloff is caused by the expected rights issue. They have already mentioned that the acquisitions will be funded by both debt and equity...sigh didnt manage to sell FLT when it was easily 1.07-1.075, today 1.05 only... but whats the rationale behind the reasoning? Isnt a "buy" pick will entice more retail investors to come in instead of going out? |
