Roi’ed at 100% so i view it as free money printer.

Will only consider to sell IF i were to find a better opportunity/counter. If not just let it brrrrrrrrrrrrr print money.

Does your 2.24 SGD price factored in the EFR dilution? Did you subscribe to the EFR?

Hi bro,... No, I did not subscribe to the EFR because my RM could not reach me, he knew that I'm very interested in PLife REIT. I was driving around England, Wales, Ireland & Scotland...... biggrin.gif

But even if I was offered the placement, I would reject it becos : ....by way of a private placement of New Units at an issue price of between S$3.80 and S$3.88 per New Unit (both figures inclusive)...

The offer price is very much higher than my hldg price of $S2.24.
