I suggest you wait a bit. S-reit yield now not attractive.

You have acess to AU market. Do your research and see if there are better A-reit vs S-reit.

bro imho yield is secondary to stock prices, A-reit and FLT both had both solidify themselves pretty well in the market. yeah a 7-8% yield would be fantastic, but what about stock prices? I would take a 5-6% all day where its stock price will go up compared to a 7-8% that stays stagnant.

and if your share price went up 5-10%, u can even sell it for opportunities elsewhere.

Just my 2 cents.

For me I don't believe in selling it for profit. For me, I am going for dividend investing. If I sell, lose something a source of income unless got better choice, like IPO.

SINGAPORE (June 9): Maybank Kim Eng is maintaining its “buy” call on Ascendas REIT, saying the latter commands the best asset mix among the industrial S-REITs.

Maybank also expects NPI contributions from its business parks and hi-specification properties – at 59% of AUM – to outpace its portfolio growth, given these properties’ stronger supply-demand visibility.

In investing, if you guys are sure of the fundamentals of a ctr, should not hesitate,... should go in,....otherwise, you will never go in,... and you will never look at another ctr too,... you keep thinking about this one,.... opportunity cost wasted too.

assuming a 17% dividend drop based on 2nd half of 2016, we are still talking about near 8% yield.

i also read that they have good month in April & May? - will translate to 1st half 2017 result this year end.

Because we are investing for income. Where can you get something which pays you 8-9% yearly. Unless you are investing for growth then no need to bother about dividend. Like how come people invest in reits? Cause free money.
