Just make my first transfer into my prefunded account tongue.gif

But most reits seems on the high side due to last week uplift. Should I wait for a downturn for entry? confused.gif

u just monitor.. Nobody knows when is lowest and when is highest.
If you are investing for yield.. it will average out if long term.

My plan.. i just invest consistently.. and also re invest all my yields too...

I put order on 8pm yesterday and it went on queue at 9am today, but my order wasn't processed at the end of the day. sad.gif

So how to increase the chance of successful transaction without lifting the unit price?

I'm using KE btw.

You use units not value in SGD? But eg buying SGD850 will still kena charge SGD10 vs buying SGD2000 which will be charged SGD10 also what.

But if the price dips enough it's worthy to split into two buys.

Got some RHT at 78 cents to average down my price, then.... it went all the way down to 71 cents, then bounce to 79 cents.

What a bad day for my heart.

Is it only me ? There is no counters which attract me to buy now because of the high price compare to last year. Almost everything looks so expensive now compare to just a few months ago. And the risk of a sudden jolt or shake up looks like coming soon. Just my feelings...

Last year was like a big sale promotion on hindsight  biggrin.gif

That's due to fed hike(if you're talking about Dec last year). Wait for another batch of sale if you think too expensive then.

Not like our MY budget.. all full of holes in overspending causing deficit.

No need to know which currency will be stronger.  laugh.gif

And saw statement like 'each department will use 98% of the allocated fund, remaining 2% is for inter-department expenses'.

Why such idea never exist in Msia? cry.gif All Taichi master?

Oh the balance of my prefunded account increase (previously looking at paper monthly statement). But how to look for transactions so I can know which date they cash in?

Hence, the research house recommends investors to position themselves in the more cyclical sectors in the office and industrial REITs, especially business parks and hi-tech industrials. Their top picks within these criteria are namely Ascendas REIT (A-REIT), Keppel REIT (K-REIT), Mapletree Commercial Trust (MCT), Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust (FLT) and Croesus Retail Trust (CRT) at target prices of S$2.65 (RM8.40), S$1.23, S$1.62, S$1.10 and 99 Singapore cents respectively.
