got hospital kajang, and in sungai long also got, got university of nottingham within 10 mins driving distance also.... shopping complex need to go until balakong or sungai long laugh.gif

I have confidence the development potential of the next 10 years in this area, I inference major development priority will be start from sri kantan emerging including shopping malls, continuation from saujana impian to prima saujana bcoz of MRT station sure will lead vicinity development continues to the prima saujana, just like today PJU damansara. Mah Sing Group also looking for land outside Kuala Lumpur. So wait and see hahaha...

but i believe some of the buyers here, included me are buying this for investment. If surrounding lack of amenities, i wonder how much rental it can fetch.

Mostly ppl will rent only if the location have good amenities surrounding.

Any better insights can share?

i did ask 1 of the officer last time in TLS. She told me that they were still negotiating with the 'mysterious buyer' on block C (last time was 1 month ago, i dunno what is the situation up to now). It won't come easy since foreigner can only purchase properties more than 500k in Malaysia. So maybe TLS would need to upgrade the infrastructure such as furniture, heater etc and price it more than 500k. But TLS are not anxious about the deal and no worries as well even the deal pull off as the officer said Block C has low density and they seem confident though to sell them off if it is open to public. Maybe someone could justify it and update the latest situation if ever going to TLS office.

They said its full for now, they are appealing for more quota. I have been waiting for their appealing to approve for few weeks dy.

From the map, where is Ivory Residence? The yellow/green marked box or the square next to it?

Or is it the square where the "@" is??

Just to share....there will be a straight road from Sunville Villa to Amandari cutting into Kajang By Pass in future.
