Hi Happy 2013 everyone!

I have already sign my S&P Loan Agreement everything last few weeks for IR.
But before i signed i already requested my banker from CIMB to amend my MRTA from 30 years to 5 years.
She said it's possible and asked me to sign the loan agreement 1st since i will be on business trip at Jakarta for 2 months.
She promised to courier to me the amended loan agreement at Jakarta to get my signature but so far receive nothing yet since she is on holidays.
Just wanted to know did anyone experiences this situation before and normally how long will it take?
Thanks.

Hi Miwang,
i went to sign s&p today. but im curious that we only need to sign the last pages above purchaser name but not every pages in s&p. is that work the same for u too?
*
Nope i sign on every pages of the SNP and Loan Agreement. Sign until hand oso numb edy. Shouldn't it be this way? Did you ask the TLS officer?

i did ask 1 of the officer last time in TLS. She told me that they were still negotiating with the 'mysterious buyer' on block C (last time was 1 month ago, i dunno what is the situation up to now). It won't come easy since foreigner can only purchase properties more than 500k in Malaysia. So maybe TLS would need to upgrade the infrastructure such as furniture, heater etc and price it more than 500k. But TLS are not anxious about the deal and no worries as well even the deal pull off as the officer said Block C has low density and they seem confident though to sell them off if it is open to public. Maybe someone could justify it and update the latest situation if ever going to TLS office.

Any of Block B owner start to be charge by developer? I am one of the owner for 9th Floor Block B and recently i saw my current account being charge for 40K.

Any similar cases to share?  sad.gif

Ya face the same situation. Does it mean that CIMB already withdraw the amount but haven't reimburse the sum of 10% loan into my Current Account? And then I just need to pay the balance after the sum is credited into my account. Ty for info.

Anyone has any idea on how much the rental can fetch after vp? For partly furnish and fully furnish.
Looking at Pear Avenue 1100sf is around RM1400-RM1500 for partly furnished and RM1700-RM1800 for fully furnished. Can Ivory Residence goes higher since its 1288sf.

Maybe those who work in kajang semenyih or part of cheras which is near to kajang.. As long as maintenance is decent and the area doesnt turn into "black ppl" area should be fine..

Anyone know the exact total units of IR?
Block A - 13 Units/22 Floors
Block B - 12 Units/23 Floors
Block C - 8 Units/? Floors
Saw from some web showing 455 units in total but i guess it is wrong base on calculation above.
Hope some1 can clarify.
