Anyone has the master plan to show where Ivory Residence is in relation to Mutiara Villa?
Thanks. ![]() This post has been edited by twins9: Nov 9 2012, 09:03 PM |

If going from Ivory to Cheras Sentral, which route is faster? Ivory to Silk to Saga toll or Ivory to Cheras Kajang Saga toll direct? Thanks.

LOL...I dont visit every project but I do shop at Tesco and bank at SCB Kajang. Sometimes I use Kajang Saga and sometimes Silk to go home...but never measure the distance or time taken....

U turn at Prima Saujana is jammed every morning. Kajang town to Sg. Chua is a nightmare. I got stuck twice there after using the Saga Sg. Chua toll road to putrajaya.... 30 mins jam.

From the map, where is Ivory Residence? The yellow/green marked box or the square next to it?
Or is it the square where the "@" is?? Sorry, have not been following this thread...not sure of the location. Just to share....there will be a straight road from Sunville Villa to Amandari cutting into Kajang By Pass in future. |

Ivory should be beige or cream color. Better paint the bottom few floors red (gum), a few strips of vertical black (gaps) and remaining cream (ivory teeth).....just joking.
Green and white is refreshing if they choose the correct "green". Wrong green makes it looks like army barracks... |

The car parks are separated from the main condos? Is it far to walk? All the time I was thinking condos are best for retirees. Looking at the master layout plan....I think it is more suitable for young families instead.
Very nice design..how many units all together in Block A, B and C and what is the total acerage for Ivory? |
