as i know from the SA, they will be a semi d project just beside the condo, after that, it will be the forest reserve. so, no matter how, the part near to condo will be botak for sure, but not the further part.

From the sales chart, the ground floor units have an extra space of 37sf, anyone have any idea where the extra space? balcony there?

I just got loan approved from HSBC, but the banker said will need to wait for the quota to increase first then only able to process the loan offer letter. Dont know need to wait until when
