Dont worry u not alone hahaha I also buy for own stay another 3 of my friends also coming in soon~but all stay in Block B haha

If selangor/KL area the new one for landed I dont think there still have 400K landed property anymore unless second hand, at the same time I considered about the security and condo facilities. I oldedi brought my first property Semi-D in my home town, um..how long I will be stay here I dunno also haha

I think when Block C start per-launch probably u will know roughly the values going to~but I heard from the developer Block C only sales after completed, so I believe that the Block C whole block has been taken by mystery investors.

I have confidence the development potential of the next 10 years in this area, I inference major development priority will be start from sri kantan emerging including shopping malls, continuation from saujana impian to prima saujana bcoz of MRT station sure will lead vicinity development continues to the prima saujana, just like today PJU damansara. Mah Sing Group also looking for land outside Kuala Lumpur. So wait and see hahaha...

I think because of forest and environment, at the same time this is the 1st high rise condo development within the vicinity, I dont think the next new condo will be in this price range..may be will higher
