Apparently no DIBS stated....but TLS is waiting for the panel banks to provide the DIBS promo.

This is again yet another condo project, dont know when 2015 comes how the supply of condo is going to be like in KV  ....

Since MRT is station is going to be built near Tesco Kajang this should be a good one in terms of connectivity not to mention all the available highways surrounding it...but again not sure how high rise will fare in Kajang, landed yes but high rise still a doubt.

Some people still have bad taboo with Kajang and I dont know why haha

but for flipping I think with the entry price...100k min appreciation wud be possible after VP

I'm unable to answer. He told me these amenities are crucial elements which can bring up the property value.

The Development area is behind my neighborhood, saujana impian and prima saujana area should be ok, easily accessible by highways surrounding it. In fact if you want to go to kl, you only need to go through 1 traffic light only I.e traffic light at saujana impian intersection.

I heard they are going to build a flyover to bypass the traffic light, not sure how true is this rumor but this is what the SA told me earlier.

went to site area yesterday. there's a new road direct access to IR and MV, but where does it connect to main road? if further from the U-turn to KL-cheras, would be good, sked car drive very fast

If you're at site entrance looking at the road, the road with nice road lamp pole

SA told me the piling is done. Now block A low floor is having claim already.
