The price remain same. Swimming pool view extra 15k, each floor up plus 1k. Only block a & b available, left with less than 5 units. Block c not for sale yet. Based on sa, whole block c bought by investor. Or else, will only be launch after completion and price will be higher. brows.gif
Hope the info help u..

Don't think you need to pay extra 15k for pool view. The selling price for Block B is hoigher than Block A by 20k and if you can find a unit in Blk A, then you will get better return for your investment smile.gif

Added on January 2, 2013, 2:01 pmI jz got my OCBC bank loan approved.

Bank loan based on amount. (They can give up to 90%)
38 yrs tenure
BLR-2.4%
MLTA 25 yrs
Graduate loan

Jz an advice.. Do not tell the rebates by TLS developer to any bank. The reason is that once bank know the rebates, they might reduce loan to 85% or 80%.

Jz my satu sen!

Added on January 2, 2013, 3:25 pmIm still new in property thingy.

Taken from Rehda website:-

‘Notice of vacant possession’ is the notice issued by the seller, which is the developer, informing the buyer to take possession of the said property; and

‘Vacant possession’ is issued by the seller allowing the buyer to take possession of the property subject to the construction being duely completed as certified by the Architect for the buyer, water and electrical supplies having been connected to the said building, the buyer having made full payment under the law and that for housing it is accompanied with the CCC.

Mind sharing the rate, if MRTA/MLTA is optional, lock-in period, flexi/conventional, maximum year of tenure and if OCBC can offer 90% loan..
Thanks
*
OCBC can offer upto 90% loan for BLR-2.4, as for the tenure is 40 years of 70 years old whichever is shorter... biggrin.gif

Hi Happy 2013 everyone!

I have already sign my S&P Loan Agreement everything last few weeks for IR.
But before i signed i already requested my banker from CIMB to amend my MRTA from 30 years to 5 years.
She said it's possible and asked me to sign the loan agreement 1st since i will be on business trip at Jakarta for 2 months.
She promised to courier to me the amended loan agreement at Jakarta to get my signature but so far receive nothing yet since she is on holidays.
Just wanted to know did anyone experiences this situation before and normally how long will it take?
Thanks.

No.. They just ask me to sign only one page (the last page above my name). That why im so curious. Usually, when i signed s&p, it need to be signed on every pages. I asked the SA, she said it is depend on solicitor handling it. Guess i have to call tomorrow morning to check with them again. And i tot everyone sign the same only on the last pages. But i only sign i think 4 signature for 4 copy of snp and another 4 for dm. Also one more for the promotion (kitchen cabinet n etc). I think that all.

Is there any bro and sis signing s&p like me?
