This is just the LOA right? I believe there is a RM200 processing fee that you would need to pay. It's not your loan document yet.

I remember in the brochure their launching price is almost about 100k more than what you are paying now.

I dun't think block B 15th level and above all kena sapu by China investors, as I remember correctly when they launch it was available to buyers.

I think they will handover the key when all the facilities are done, because we are paying for that as well.
