Called to cancel my alliance platinum cc again. This time the CS help me to cancel it off rather than asked me to fill in a lengthy form and fax to them.
Alliance CS quality really......need to improve! First time heard need to fill in form to request cc cancellation! |

Wow... must be the first Bank to implement such procedure! Maybe they wanna make it hard for user to cancel...

Recently make a purchase of RM3000++ and notice there is a 3 months 0% installment offer:

hmm.. need some help from you guys.
Which card should I apply first ? the alliance unique card or the standard chartered cash back card? Mostly use it for buying online things and items. Not really using it for petrols, grocery. Less on dining |
