I applied via bank directly also. You can live chat the bank. They gave me offset rm25 with condition to spend rm50 3 times within 30 days. I am sure you probably can get the same offer. I only requested for it 3 weeks after using the card.

A virtual credit card suddenly appeared in my account beside the credit card even though did not apply for it.

But when click on the virtual card to check, the system asked me to apply???

Anyone experienced this weird issue?

MBB 2 card plat, conversion is 14K to 1K enrich (under treat points for normal visa/master/amex). The difference compared to all Allliance credit card is only 1K.

MBB 2 card plat, the only benefit that sticks out is the weekend x5 Amex and cash back capped at rm 50.

Also no points for JomPay, FPX, eWallet.

No Plaza Premium Access also.

Assuming you take Alliance VI, it's still a win from point collection, acceptance and PPL available,

alliance redemption link was disabled from 10pm last night (14 Feb 2024). All redemption made after 00:00 on 15 feb 2024 are probably invalid. Please livechat/call CS to ensure you've completed your submission (AGAIN).

Enrich 20% bonus is back go convert now

I tried this morning about 11am, there’s no error. However, it’s only diverting me to a page saying success.


Note: As of 1230pm I finally able to connect with the Alliance CS via phone call to enquire on my redemption. They have received my request that I made online, and they are processing it now.

I wonder whether the points could be credit on time by today/tomorrow.
I've also submitted my requests for convert my points in Maybank, UOB and Alliance Banks to Enrich points but all 3 banks stated it would take up to 30 days to process the claims.

No idea on how fast the points can be credited. It's my first time redeeming from Alliance.

Other banks I've tried like CIMB it's reflected the next day.

No problem. You will get the extra 20% if you do submit the form within the date.
