you have to wait for your statement first, then you can get your account number to make the payment.

About 1year+ then TWE came in and my focus went with TWE instead.

Try logging out from the app and then log in again. Worked for me.

i called in and redeemed on 17 and alliance bank cs said 20% bonus points. but i only received 10%
