Note: As of 1230pm I finally able to connect with the Alliance CS via phone call to enquire on my redemption. They have received my request that I made online, and they are processing it now.

I wonder whether the points could be credit on time by today/tomorrow.
I've also submitted my requests for convert my points in Maybank, UOB and Alliance Banks to Enrich points but all 3 banks stated it would take up to 30 days to process the claims.

No idea on how fast the points can be credited. It's my first time redeeming from Alliance.

Other banks I've tried like CIMB it's reflected the next day.

No problem. You will get the extra 20% if you do submit the form within the date.

Called in to redeem the same time as MBB on 15th night. MBB already shown up in my Enrich account since 16th morning but Alliance haven't shown yet.

Alliance take days, confirm won’t appear in your Enrich account in two to three days. Don’t worry, you will get 20% still

called alliance for redemption on third day of the promotion, should be entitled 20% bonus points.
but i only receive 10% bonus points, anyone has the same problem ?

I converted my TBP on the 1st day of the promotion. Until now it has yet to show up in my Enrich account. I ain't sure whether this has to do with the amount of TBP converted.

Nevertheless, I will make a call to find out later in the day.

I made a call + used the online form to redeem my Alliance TBP.
Received the points on the 3rd day along with the 20% bonus.

Me too. How much did you convet? Mine was 900k TBP in 2 separate tranches via chat then call.

I redeemed in the morning of the first day. TBP was deducted on 17th but until now hasn't reached Enrich account. I redeemed 800k+ TBP through chat.

Contacted their chat yesterday and the agent said to wait up to 14 days 🥵

I converted 22.6m TBP in one transaction. Also after that I called the CS to ensure my request was captured.

14 days?!! Saved me from calling ....

2.7mil enrich converted from your TBP. amazing achievement. May I know how long you've been saving this quantity of TBP?

Is it possible to increase credit limit temporarily say from 10 to 30k? Need it for a one off spending

i only received 10% bonus points. even though i called for converting on 3rd day of the promotion...

thru call. redeem 51k enrich. should receive 61.2k , but only receive 56.1k

the alliance staff still said will receive 20%. duno whats go wrong
