I also facing confusion when seeing my first statement, why my TBP is 1 X for first month? Then I called CS, she mentioned first statement is 1x, next statement will be 7x, what kind of calculation is like?

May I know if the Alliance Visa Signature cash includes government related payments and insurance premium payments for the cash back?

Anyone reported fraud transactions from Alliance cc and got the new cc ald ah? Latest statement just comes out, Zero TBP ah, in fact, RM 3xxx transactions, ewallet + online in total, excluding the few fraud transactions which 2 of the Alliance CS told me to ignore the fraud amount and just pay what I swiped.

I did not change my card to a new one but my CC statement shows 0 TBP for this month as well.

All other TBP accumulated is also NIL as the statement shows 0 TBP.

Alliance seems to have pretty messed up system.

my case with fraud the cs just told me ignore the amount first .. then in my next statement the amount is credited …

The is pretty fast for the credited amount. Mine nearly one month (got the fraud transaction 2 days later right after my previous statement came out, now latest statement pun generated ald), 5 fraud transactions, 3 of them posted, all in USD. On and off received sms from Alliance saying still need 14 working days to investigate bla bla bla. And this 14 days thingy sms, i received 4 times🤷‍♂️

I couldn't view the transaction history of my Visa Infinite, it has been like that for 2 days.

Visa Platinum and Balance Transfer can view transaction history just fine. Anyone else facing this issue as well?

While waiting for value added response, in general, your CL/limitations is shared across all of their (in general, banks) CCs unless stated. So, for me, I will say no.
VI spend 3k = 24k TBP, VP spend 3k = 3k TBP.

talked to alliance CS, got a proper explanation from her and she said insurance premium payment is eligible for the cb.

1 Sept 3.42pm receive call from Alliance on attemp on my credit card.

Cancel and replace with new card.

3 sept 1pm receive the card via citilink.

This is the fastest card replacement i ever get i think.

This card is getting less attractive with TBP to redeem the miles increased.

Wow that's almost a 40% decrease in valuation for Enrich redemption

I think is about 67% decrease in valuation, time to move to cashback option.
