How's your TBP calculation by far? Accurate?

For me, not since March statement. Or at least it's lagging by 1 month.

I had complained once about the TBP not aligning ... now I have gave up calculating.
Rule of thumb is, as long as they amount of TBP I get every month is almost what I am expecting I will zip my mouth.

For the Alliance app, do we need customer service to activate something?

When i tried to register in the app via IC number, it says call customer service.

Alliance seems like taking forever to declare winners for their campaign.... I don't find any announcements too. Some campaigns ended a few months ago wasn't declare anywhere.

when you apply the card. Application form show that only allow the card either send to home or office address.

ewallet's extra 7x is 1 month in lagging. other category such as online 8x is immediate. try to reconcile this way
