Anyone counts their points every month? I am new to the bank and I did have a quick look at the statement but the points appears to be so much lower than I should get. I contacted their Customer Service who acknowledged this and mentioned to me certain transactions were manually calculated, so there could be deviations. Just for everyone's information if you're not getting the points like you should, contact their Customer Service and they would be glad to help.

I had also informed them that they should fix the system glitches as calling to complain sometimes make customer looks bad / cheapskate for the points. Hope you guys are not facing same issue as I am.

May I ask if Petronas Setel App consider E wallet category?

i'm newbie to alliance bank cc... anyone know if the SST RM25 for the 1st year can be waived?

I just got my card approve last week on friday after apply the card on Thursday, very fast approval. Yesterday got the card and activate the card. So far I like alliance customer service, First they will greet you by your name when your call unlike other bank that will ask you what is your name first. Alliance just straight away detect you by your phone number. Very nice. Second so far i have spoke with 2 girls, both are very soft spoken and very polite. Maybe I'm just lucky.

today i saw i already got charged by sst, when I log in via their website. I tought i want to call them to ask for waiver, but then I saw there is chat button on their website, so I try to use that. It is very fast, it only take less than 2 minutes from getting customer service assign to you, i explain i want to waive my sst, and she just said, please do 3x transaction mininum rm50 and thet will waive accordingly. Easy peasy.

Anyone know how to apply for this ? Hotel booking and flights made via booking.com.

Update: Managed to tap for RM128.00 at specialist hospital on same day.
