Are they trying to play games or what cheat us of the points so blatantly.

It should obviously be the 2nd option. Otherwise it's a scam outright

I've called them.

I've emailed them as well.

The call wasn't that clear. CS pun blur. Now I'm waiting for email b&w.

If spend > 3,000 = 1x tbp. F***. I'm cancelling it.

Sudah lah capped to 3,000. Now lagi this kind of bodo restriction.

I have called to CS. If I spent RM4000 in eWallet.

The first RM3000 shall get 8x and the remaining RM1000 should get 1x.

Please call CS to report if you get less point. They will investigate and adjust.

will they differentiate ewallet and online spending? like u spend RM4k ewallet, RM5k on lazada. will they give 9k x 8x points 1k x 1x point?

ewallet - top up to shopeepay or lazada wallet via cc (whether spend or not is not a question here)
online spending - pay in shopee or shopee directly with the cc

eWallet has it's own MSOS code.
Online shopping has it's own MSOS code.
Technically it's no problem for the banks to differentiate this.

RM3k top up i get RM55 cashback for VS, RM42 for younique

Welcome to Malaysia, where consumer's right isn't that well looked at. If we are lucky, we don't even need to call the bank when they fixed their issue.

Good to hear that man. Hopefully they will automatically credit back the missing points for those who didn't get it after the new changes

Yes, they will return the points to you in the next statement. That's what I understood too.

Those that did transaction on 13th March on ewallet also got glitch. (At least for me)

The points is 1x instead of 8x.

They will fix the issue.

My transaction in 12th is rewarded 8x.

Both are transaction 12th and 13th posted in 16th mac.
