Is Kiplepay eligible for cashback for AVS ? Anyone tried ?

checked on their product page didnt mention any cap but ringgit plus did said its uncapped with the monthly spending maintain at 2.5k to 3k to be eligible for the 5%



so I am wondering whats the highest cash back you guys manage to get per month

I think around 2-3k or so if I recall correctly. I tend to use eWallet everywhere due to my area support QR quite well but nobody seems to have a Visa terminal.

Do I get cashback if I spend government expenses (DBKL assessment fee) on my VS? I checked the product documentation ( I cant find this term). For Bonuspoint (Platinum), Yes, It did stated that petrol and government related expenses cannot earn any point.

I tried to cross check with CS, and they told me that government related expenses cannot earn any cashback and they will get back to me tomorrow as the product documentation doesnt state it.

I just notice my platinum card receive a 500 CB (Cashback Oct Visa CC Campaign 2021). Anyone has any idea what is it about? I applied Alliance Credit card last year. Is it a Sign up promo?

Anyone recently tried to link your alliance cc to bigpay? I tried mine for the first time and it keep denied. Popping up message please use a different method or contact your bank for support.

i have 2 CC with alliance Bank

all these while 2 statement , since Alliance follow statement date for Cash bacxk

for March ,
when the VS calendar hit , waited a few days still no statement ,
call Customer service .
turn out Alliance make the adjustment to merge 2 CC into ONE statement .

told the CS not happy the way they do it without informing customers as this affect the spending/CB .


CS said she will lodge a complaint to the compliant team , and will get back within 3 working days.

This is incorrect.

Just downloaded my statement.

If you spend more than 3k on ewallet, TBP semua jadi 1x.

Example,
spend 2500 = 2500 * 8 = 20,000 TBP
spend 3500 = 3500 * 1 = 3,500 TBP

I thought it was
spend 3500
First 3,000*8 = 24,000
500 * 1 = 500
total TBP = 24,500 (Apparently this is incorrect!)

In my opinion, first 3K would entitle 8X TBP.
Thereafter, 1X.
