Received a call from Alliance bank, they have noted that the first RM3k eWallet spend is indeed eligible for 8x TBP regardless even if eWallet total spend is over RM3k.

The missing TBP is due to a glitch in the system and they are amending it. The correct amount of points will be credited and reflected on the next statement.

Yeap, after double checking my statement I've noticed it's not fixed too. Forgot I had a big purchase in April and thought the points awarded was them fixing my eWallet reloads. Gonna go get my pitchfork and complain later.

Contacted CS. The official paraphrased reply was "We apologize for the inconvenience, rest assured the missing TBP will be credited by the next statement", which was a carbon copy of previous month reply when I raised the issue.

I politely asked to escalate the issue instead of just waiting to find out if I have to wait until August to receive my missing April, May statement TBPs by July (lol). I'm told to expect a phone call from an officer.

Received a call mentioning that all my missing points has been credited into my account, and that it should reflect in online portal in a few days.

Did everyone got the correct points calculation for this month?

I just make a call to their CS, and CS said will be credited the missing point on june statement. Hope this is true. Else, i need their black n white.

Update: Received all my points, Alliance CS has reported to me my real TBP balance which is tallied with my personal calculation. But it will not reflect in statement until next month.

Going forward, all missing eWallet point will be credited 1 month late via manual adjustment until system is rectified, ETA a couple of months.
