based on today's statement, i spend 2.7k on ewallet top up, plus other in total around 4k, but only got 5.2k points this month...wondering whether the point calculation has changed again...

last month i got x8, this month no...

Why not both? If I recall correctly Visa Sig comes down to about ~1.8% rebate and Visa Plat is functionally ~1.3% and both have eWallet soft limits.

Yeap, after double checking my statement I've noticed it's not fixed too. Forgot I had a big purchase in April and thought the points awarded was them fixing my eWallet reloads. Gonna go get my pitchfork and complain later.

Contacted CS. The official paraphrased reply was "We apologize for the inconvenience, rest assured the missing TBP will be credited by the next statement", which was a carbon copy of previous month reply when I raised the issue.

I politely asked to escalate the issue instead of just waiting to find out if I have to wait until August to receive my missing April, May statement TBPs by July (lol). I'm told to expect a phone call from an officer.

CS told me she will raise this to investigation officer who investigate my case in Apr and call back later.
