I guess it is a combination of factors, the main ones being:
1. Four ugly looking/run downed/pad locked portable changing cabins (used by who?) placed there
2. Stacks of unused tables and other furniture placed behind Sector 7 and Beer Factory
3. Poorly finished (unplastered wall) put up by Sector 7 to closed up its front door and converting it into a back one
4. Rubbish bins (and sometimes a few black rubbish bags beside it as well) placed behind Sector 7
5. Sectors 7 turning that area into its staffs' staff eating area with make to do tables and chairs
6. The unrefined metal grating used buy Sector 7 to seperate the common area there

Have made appointment to collect keys on 25 jan. Will turn my unit into a showroom. Will complain to sw management about the entrance at the same time.

I need banks but i hate all of them. so stupid, so slow and so careless. last time RxB almost made me kena late payment charges. today pulak, CixB charged me penalty lock in period for RM6K. In letter offer last time was only 3 years lock in period. the house was refinanced to Maybxxk in my 6th year. Argghhh all useless bastarxs!!! wasting my time. i have to always keep calling them!

Huh, lock in period 3 years but your house refinance to Maybank on 6th year but kena Lock In Penalty?

Lock in 3 or 5 years? If lock in 5 years, make sure you check the exact date of the disbursement ( previously using from first or full drawdown )

For Loan Application, not much difference bcz most of the relationship officers are good at building relationship btw cust and banks, system checking and wealth management.
