Relieve that SW management has finally realised what is obviously not right/an eye sore at that place.

Less obvious but clearly affecting the prestige of SW as well as Brio's main entrance, is the finishing of the wall put up by Sector 7 to close up its original main entrance. The finishing is simply far too inferior. It does not fit with the quality of the facade at that area - which faces Brio's main entrance. The Deed of Mutual Covenant clearly mentioned the importance of maintaining facade quality. An unplastered wall, though painted, does not go with the facade there. I will raise this defect during my VP. Hope many others will do this as well. Otherwise SW management may not understand/appreciate the importance of wall finishing on facade beauty. Sector 7 may feel it is only there back wall. But it is along SW main pathway and facing Brio's main entrance.

Another thing would be the large covered green colour rubbish bin placed behind Sector 7. Occassionally I also see some black rubbish bags placed beside it as well. We must not allow that area to be gradually turned into a rubbish collection area for, I assume, Sector 7. Other than Sector 7, I cannot see any outlets placing their rubbish bins along any part of SW main pathway. I think it is not right that Sector 7 places its rubbish bin and sometime rubbish bags, at that spot. Please help to highlight this in defects form during VP. More voices are needed to make SW management and Sector 7 to understand this concern.

How can property agent got my handphone number....very irratating getting all these random agents calling asking whether to sell or rent. Who should I complain to when property agent somehow got my number and abuse it?

Seriously, there is a big leak of private information by either the bank or the property developer. Are they selling the client information to the property agents too?

There isn't any freebies for Brio because they slept overnight eventhough there is no freebies.

Brio has more problem to be concerned of. One major is the noise from Sector 7 and Beer Factory. Now worse, they gonna open this SkyBar very soon. Even if they don't turn the music loud, you can't stop the people from talking.

Let's compile a list of common "Defects" so that each of us could potentially use when engaging with our beloved developer. Below are what I have gathered so far from this forum (thx to a123 for item 2&3) :-) :
1. Dumping at the entrance of Brio/backyard of Sector 7
Thanks to swift action from SW, this item is now closed as those "temporary toilet/changing room" + broken items had already been removed.

4. Access to SW from LDP
Currently only one entrance (via the U-turn at Persiaran Wawasan) into SW which is inadequate in handling the ever-increasing traffic especially during evening hours. This varies from what was illustrated in the S&P's Site Plan as well as what was told during the launch/sales of Brio.

Getting aggressive already
