Why not try post your complain at SW FB page, most of the time it work very well.
*
I do not think so.

The group who manages SW FB Page is also useless bunch of people in terms of PR and tackling issues in SW.

I think it's anytime better to complain at Setiawalk Galleria or Setiawalk FB page or SP Setia homepage than in a discussion forum. After all, those are the official channels for complaints and feedback.

For instance, you may want to try to lodge a complaint via http://www.spsetia.com.my/corporate/feedback.asp. No harm.

Forget la. They don't look at local now. They only look at London.

I'm not sure how you reached such conclusion. If I'm not mistaken, even with SP Setia's undertaking of the Battersea project in London, majority of its property sales would still be coming from its development in Malaysia. This should be true for, I believe, at least the next 5 to 7 years.

Hi on our S&P it says 1396 sf and same for other property websites.
Unsure why it says 1350 on setia walk website, perhaps they have made a mistake.

Solace is 1396sf due to it has extra balcony at masterroom. Brio an Vio don't have the balcony, hence slightly smaller build up.

Solace 1096 is 2+1 room. For Brio sp extend the small room to make it 3 rooms.

Yes, SetiaWalk management certainly cannot be expected to monitor discussion forums. However we can share our common problems and discuss what to do about them over a discussion forum. For instance, I believe at this stage, the most appropriate channel of complain regarding Brio's unsightly main entrance is to list them as defects to be rectified upon VP. Perhaps management eyes will be opened when a large number of complains are received over the issue.
