not juz night time
even sat afternoon sometimes can hear loud music
like they are testing music

If u r at R1 or R2, there are two main sources of "noise": (1) speakers from aWave; (2) Club7/Beer Factory.

I think aWave allows people to sing their lung out as early as 4pm..

because McD already open one at Tesco puchong (with drive thru) and IOI mall. Tesco has far more traffic than SW

Me as owner of retail lots think SW retail will slowly fillup. But do not expect it to be like a shopping mall, it never is.

Do you know that Trigon have fiber optic from maxis?
*
True..but the Maxis fibre cabling terminates at LG of Trigon, somewhere within the vicinity of FM office. it does not run through the entire length of the (trigon) building.

believe it or not, some 3 months ago Maxis had actually set-up astro (beyond!) n their equipments in unit R1-26-01 (vio, super loft 'forest' view) for the purpose of testing n monitoring the speed n stability of astro hd and broadband internet connection speed of up to 30 Mbps. the results were reported to be very good.

to ensure that the whole of SW receives proper coverage without technical glitches, FM chose R1-26-01 as it was the furthest n highest point away from where the fibre optics last terminated, i.e. trigon.

unfortunately, due to undisclosed (internal staffing?) reason, maxis probably reneged on their promises n pulled back all the equipments from R2-26-01 soon after. so no more hope of 30Mbps (atm).

seeking astro (beyond), hsbb services n strong 3g coverage is the responsibility of FM. swk'ians in doubt should contact their newly minted gm, mr salim or maint engr, mr mohan for further clarification. i wish they can now revisit n convince tm unifi since the occupancy has risen sharply albeit not 50% yet, especially when trigon (181 units) is still under con.

For the retail lot investment, do you think it is still worth it to go in now? Price has moved up more than double from launching.
Though the fill-up is slowly taking shape, but i just worry it may be too slow as other commercial area is coming up as well in the vicinity. This will make SW not so "in" anymore. Those 1st floor units facing shops @Jln Bandar 1/2, are mostly vacant still.

If you can get prime unit (inner facing) at good entry price (around rm1500psf). why not ?

btw, brusel beer block going auction tomorrow. 1.8M for ground only . 1.3M for 1st floor. both also tenanted.

Could be hard to take also. As there could be insider "kautim" before the auction is carried out. The price gap is too big biggrin.gif

I thought Brussel block is the same owner as Dining Pod, aka Beer factory owner?
