Summarise of problems found from Solace that still not fix by developer after 6 months of vp.
Floor ponding with water after rain along corridor.
Car park exit rain tag sensor failed many times and keep faulty.
Exterior wall (facing between R3 & R2) found many crack lines and stain left by crane support during construction time. No quality finishing done.

Any more problems from Solace resident, please add on so that all these can be compiled and send by everyone together to any next joint management meeting or else go up to SPS.

I believe there are more from different levels.

-the exit barrier yet to be fixed for nearly a month.
-the JMB which was formed last year (committee mainly are those shop owners) doesn't seem doing anything for Solace, not even any contact provided as well.
-No CCTV installed on every lift landing starting from 8th floor onward.
-Water pressure is super low.
-Insufficient lighting in every lift, difficult to see the numbering on the lift button.

Thanks for sharing. In my opinion, although each apartment has its own JMB (right??), but common issues are best tackled when we put our acts together. Thanks for the "Greater SW" spirit.. notworthy.gif

I think, when no body pay for the maintenance, then the JMB will only wake up.
Which level having low water pressure? Normally the high floor which require pumps to assist. Are the pumps function?
After even the lift upgrade, the light is still no improvement, don't know what they upgraded. It is really hard to see the buttons.

Ya la! I am wondering what kind of upgrading they did for the lifts. BTW, the car park is too dark around 7am. Guess the timer shut off the light on 7am, Hope they will adjust it to 730am instead. Quite scary walking alone to take our car without much lighting at that hour.

The lighting shall on from 6pm to 8am since it is not able to detect the brightness, what if during the rainy day. It will be better on longer for not having a chance for crime.

How abt Maybank? Checked around unit 1007 sqft with agents, they said can fetch 520k. Not much though as we paid higher for R2.

AIRLINE BRO...

U intend to sell or rent it out?

I guess it is a combination of factors, the main ones being:
1. Four ugly looking/run downed/pad locked portable changing cabins (used by who?) placed there
2. Stacks of unused tables and other furniture placed behind Sector 7 and Beer Factory
3. Poorly finished (unplastered wall) put up by Sector 7 to closed up its front door and converting it into a back one
4. Rubbish bins (and sometimes a few black rubbish bags beside it as well) placed behind Sector 7
5. Sectors 7 turning that area into its staffs' staff eating area with make to do tables and chairs
6. The unrefined metal grating used buy Sector 7 to seperate the common area there

are making one feel as though we have to walk past a back alley into Brio's main entrance. It is not only bad for Brio's image, but bad for Setiawalk as well.

Looks like present management/JMB does not seem to be able to understand these misfits. We must not allow bad management to bring that area down.

I understand a few retail owners around there have already lodged a complaint to SW management but to no avail so far. I truly hope, as a first simple step, many Brio residents will lodged an official wriiten complaint to SW management (cc to Sector 7 Management since 5 of the 6 major factors have to do with Sector 7) on VP. The owners' contribution is much needed to reinforce the message to SW management to do something, as many residents and retail lots owners are getting very angry because of these pretty obvious defects.
